ShorterWait is an online service operated by Olympus Premium Health Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13621708, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using ShorterWait (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown above.

ShorterWait provides information to NHS patients in England to help them exercise their legal right to choose a hospital for outpatient treatment. The Service displays NHS waiting-time data sourced from NHS England's publicly available datasets, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

The Service includes:

• A hospital search tool (search by postcode and clinical specialty), available at no charge;
• The Switch Pack (one-time purchase, £14.99), which includes a GP re-referral letter template, a switching guide, and 90 days of email waiting-time alerts for elective care;
• The ADHD Switch Pack (one-time purchase, £19.99), which includes referral letters, evidence guides, provider information, and escalation letters for the NHS ADHD and autism Right to Choose pathway; and
• A forthcoming GP Practice Dashboard (early-access waitlist).

The Service does not constitute medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Olympus Premium Health Limited or any of its directors, employees, or contractors.

Waiting-time data is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You must always consult your own registered GP or treating clinician before making any decision about your care, including any decision to request a re-referral or to switch hospital.

In a medical emergency, dial 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department immediately.

Waiting-time data displayed by the Service is derived from NHS England's "My Planned Care" dataset, which is Crown Copyright and used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We refresh this data on a weekly basis but we do not guarantee that figures are current, complete, or error-free.

Actual wait times at any given hospital may differ from those shown. You should verify current waiting times directly with your chosen hospital or via the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) before acting on any information from this Service.

The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or over who are registered NHS patients in England.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at tosin@op-health.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without our prior written consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems;
• use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content;
• reproduce or redistribute the Switch Pack materials beyond personal use without our permission; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

All digital products (the Switch Pack and the ADHD Switch Pack) are sold at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store your payment card details.

Because our products consist of immediately downloadable digital content, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) is lost once you access the download, in accordance with Regulation 37.

If you experience a technical fault that prevents delivery of the Switch Pack, contact us at tosin@op-health.co and we will remedy this promptly or issue a full refund.

All content on the Service (other than NHS data, which is Crown Copyright), including the ShorterWait brand, design, copy, templates, and guides, is the intellectual property of Olympus Premium Health Limited and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may print and use Switch Pack materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial healthcare purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any other licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympus Premium Health Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• any loss or damage arising from reliance on waiting-time data displayed by the Service;
• any clinical outcome resulting from a decision to switch hospital or request a re-referral;
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind; or
• loss of data or interruption of service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50, whichever is greater).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (including NHS.uk, myplannedcare.nhs.uk, and hospital trust websites). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of any third-party site.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time for maintenance, legal, or commercial reasons, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
