Refund Policy

The Switch Pack: one-time digital purchase

The Switch Pack is a digital product (PDF documents and alert service) sold at £14.99 as a one-time purchase. It is made available immediately upon confirmed payment.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. However, by completing the Stripe checkout, you consent to the digital content being delivered immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

When we will issue a full refund

We will refund your purchase in full if any of the following apply:

  • You purchased within the last 14 days and have not yet accessed or downloaded the Switch Pack content.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the content at all.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge).
  • The product was materially different from its description on our website.

When we will not issue a refund

  • You have already accessed or downloaded the Switch Pack documents.
  • You changed your mind after accessing the content.
  • You purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • The refund request relates to the outcome of using the Switch Pack (e.g. your GP declined your request. This is outside our control).

The 90-day alert service

The 90-day wait-time alert emails are part of the Switch Pack and run for 90 days from account activation. They cannot be sold or transferred separately. If you have not yet activated your alerts (by creating a free account), this portion of the product has not been consumed and may be considered in any refund request made within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email tosin@op-health.co with:

  • Your name and the email address used at checkout
  • Your Stripe payment confirmation or session ID (shown in your confirmation email)
  • The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days via Stripe.

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or (where those are not possible) a price reduction or refund.
