Frequently asked questions
Is the search really free?
Yes. You can search all 496 hospitals, see full ranked results, and view every wait time record. No paywall, no sign-up required.
What is the Switch Pack for?
The Switch Pack is for patients waiting for an NHS hospital appointment for things like orthopaedics, gynaecology, cardiology, or ENT. It gives you a GP letter template, a step-by-step switching guide, and 90 days of weekly alerts. One-time payment of £14.99.
What is the ADHD and Autism Pack for?
The ADHD and Autism Pack is for patients who want an ADHD or autism assessment and are on a long NHS waiting list. It covers a different legal pathway from the Switch Pack. It includes letters for your GP, a guide to which areas are open or paused for referrals, and everything you need to request an assessment. One-time payment of £19.99.
Which pack do I need?
If you are waiting for a hospital appointment for a physical health condition (hip replacement, hernia, eye surgery, etc.) get the Switch Pack. If you are waiting for an ADHD or autism assessment, get the ADHD and Autism Pack. If you need both, buy them separately.
How do I get my GP to re-refer me?
Print the letter template, fill in your details, and hand it to your GP at your next appointment. Both packs include the exact wording GPs expect and the relevant NHS law references.
